NeuroMovement Lessons for Children & Adults
In my private practice I see people of all ages, from just a few weeks old into their nineties. While the reasons and conditions may be very different, the approach is the same—using gentle movement and attention to wake up the brain to form new connections and patterns—resulting in improved physical and cognitive function, allowing fuller participation in life.
There are different possibilities how to engage with this method. private hands-on or verbally guided lessons, group classes, intensives, home programs, and learning to apply the Nine Essentials in daily life activities so every moment could be an opportunity for growth and learning.

A NeuroMovement lesson is a gentle, hands-on learning process that uses movement and attention to awaken the brain’s natural ability to learn and self-organize. Through playful exploration—similar to how babies learn to roll, crawl, and walk—the child experiences variations and small differences that help the brain form new and more refined connections. Each touch or verbal cue is an invitation for the client to sense, feel, and discover new ways of moving and being. The practitioner and client form a responsive partnership, where two nervous systems interact in synchrony, creating the conditions for growth, comfort, and new possibilities.
